::MAF RoX! Back to ChildHooD DaYs :) A MeMoRaBle MoMenT to RememBer!

Juz came back home an hour ago...Well, ThiS is the FirsT TiMe i've ExPerienced MAF in HC before and i must say it is really a joyous and enjoyable occasion for everyone. For those who dunno wad's MAF, it stands for Mid-Autumn Festival (This is not lame or wad, it really stands for that...) Not only to celebrate 中秋节, but also for seniors and grand seniors and grand grand grand....seniors to come back and get together.

For me, i was part of the 中文学会 booth which sold lanterns and had a very lame game for the public. Those people were supposed to hit a shuttlecock into a funnel wif a racket and then throw soft toys through a metal hoop. If they succeeded, the toys they threw will be theirs. All these to be completed in one minute...sounds lame right? But we had a lot of fun lah, like aiming the head of the person holding the hoop ( like xinyu...oops) and playing badminton wif isaac...

But what was really impressive was the lighting up of everything in the central plaza, and the burning of the MAF signs. A very 'high' moment for everyone. Looks like MAF is really one of the importand not-to-be-missed occasions for HC! Such a huge crowd still remains after i've zao, and its not early either.

Sparklers, candles and lanterns...kinda reminds me of my childhood days when i always went to the nearby Bishan Park with my brother and neighbours during 中秋节 to play with all these stuff, not to include burning leaves, gathering twigs and try to make a campfire, or even attempting to burn ants or other insects...(sound a little 恶心) And it was quite anti-climax when the security guard chased us out...

Woosh~~!!! PSI 150. The haZe is back again! Oh my God! Quite serious i think, becos its looks very hazy everywhere. Its been long since i've witnessed such a scene and feels unnatural.

Maybe MOE can give us a holiday for health reasons?
