::Well, the end of the road, the end of the journey, isn't it? We, the 26th generation of 黄城人 has to step down, and our juniors have to take over us eventually right? 我们终于要退休了!

Many thoughts went through my mind when the NEW generation of 执委 and 筹委 were announded yesterday. It's really different going through the elections as a j1 or a j2, although i didn't run for it last year. These will be the group of leaders who will decide the faith of 黄城 next year. At first i was quite worried about whether they can make it or not, but i guess its normal for us seniors to worry abt our juniors, we just have to trust them with the job.

Me, sheng xu and lee heng had a long "msn" paper chat during the 执委 elections yesterday, commenting on the candidates and everything, which finished the last page of my 天书!

2 new 灯长s as my successors, a start of yet another journey for them, but i can entrust this responsibility to them. Now that 掌门人 is gone, hope my disciples will bring 灯光 to greater heights and upload the glory and legacy! Hahaz! I guess i'm proud to have them as my 组员s.

Maybe we have officially stepped down, but as junyi says, my job as 灯长doesn't end here. There's still a lot of work to do in guiding my 2 new 灯长s to future glory, juz like how junyi spend so much time and effort to teach us last year. How successful they are next year? It'll depend partly on me frm now on. But there will come to a point when i'll have to let go and they'll are on their own.

Maybe there are things that i can improve on this year, things i've not done well. Sometimes its really frustrating when you feel that you have the ability to do something well, but in the end, it was not what you expected to be. But junyi was telling me, he himself also have this kind of regrets last year, 今年做过的东西，过去就过去了，想太多也没有用，只要尽力而为就行了。Everything has ended, there's nothing i can do. It'll be a fresh start for my juniors from now on, and its up to them to define what they want 灯光组 to be like next year, and to have their own style!

To have elections and 小黄城 on the same day was quite long and tiring, but items put up for 小黄城 were not bad lah, seriously. Especially my 灯光组, even thought of using the flourescent tubes and OHP to have lighting effects...but most of it were lame and niao......And got ppl actually guess that my baby photo looked like xinyu??? Wad the......that's the greatest insult of my life!!! Lolz!

Well, guess this is really the end. Jiayou for the NEW generation :)

Kanon really rox man! Very touching and emotional, i really cried while watching it lah. Haruhi is also another ownage anime. Guess i'm really caught up with anime these days. Not really an anime fan lah, but thnx to shengxu, got some cool anime to watch!::
